Sprixer

"If the story beats, I wrote the rhythm."

Sprixer is the heart, mind, and momentum behind OSRP the one who not only dreamed the impossible scale of this project but made it happen, system by system, scene by scene. As Creative Director and Lead Producer, she is responsible for nearly every layer of OSRP’s execution: from designing the core player mechanics, game systems, rulesets, and faction structures, to crafting cinematic trailers, producing custom merch, casting the player base, and leading the creative writing for our longform campaigns.

Every map begins with her. Every episode ends with her mark.

With a career spanning voice acting roles in MechWarrior and national commercials, a multi-year contract with a YouTube group amassing over 10 million subscribers, and collaborative pipelines with top creators like Drumsy and Filian, Sprixer brings a rare blend of technical execution and creative instinct to everything she touches. She has served as a pipeline manager, assistant producer, and creative consultant across multiple virtual media projects, currently helping guide Filian's content and collaborative strategy at a high level.

She personally designs the interiors and lived-in spaces across OSRP’s maps, ensuring every corner feels like a story waiting to unfold. While the credit is shared across a team, the weight of OSRP’s world  from structure to soul  is built on her back.

There is no OSRP without Sprixer. She is the engine that drives it forward, the voice that shapes its tone, and the mind that ensures it doesn’t just function it thrives.

As Art Director, Lead Mapmaker, and Sound Designer, he is responsible for the physical and emotional infrastructure of OSRP’s worlds: from sprawling terrain to the smallest environmental detail, every space is handcrafted with storytelling in mind.

Every line of code has his signature. Every sound you feel was sculpted by him.

His work off-platform includes both commercial game sound design and high-impact voiceover work, merging performance and production into a singular creative force.

Beyond the technical, Haven is also a world-class narrator and performer, voicing critical characters and delivering DM narration with theatrical nuance. He constructs the maps, defines the spatial logic, and oversees the visual coherence of each project from concept to deployment.

He is the architect of the experience the one who makes OSRP feel the way it does.

Noble

Resident Antagonist, Founding DM, Catharsis Conductor

Noble is one of OSRP’s longest-standing Dungeon Masters and a key figure in pioneering VR-based roleplay long before it became mainstream. Often cast as the villain you love to hate, Noble has a gift for breathing life into complex, commanding characters  the kind that stir tension, provoke questions, and linger long after the scene ends. But behind the bravado and sharp delivery is a storyteller with a heart as big as his performances.

As one of OSRP’s original DMs, Noble has helped shape the tone, pacing, and emotional resonance of nearly every major project since the beginning. His true talent lies not just in performance, but in his ability to craft narratives that offer players and viewers more than just entertainment  they offer meaning. Whether it’s through laughter, tension, or quiet catharsis, Noble’s stories aim to make people feel something real.

While he's never one to shy away from stepping into the spotlight, Noble finds his greatest satisfaction in watching others shine  in seeing his fellow cast members discover powerful moments, connect with their characters, and grow through the stories they help tell. He may play the antagonist, but at his core, Noble is one of OSRP’s most trusted guides steady, passionate, and always rooting for the cast from behind the curtain.

BitemeUniverse -Live Camera Director

Cool Under Pressure, Eye for Story, Master of the Frame

When dozens of performers are creating stories simultaneously across a live production, someone needs to know exactly where to point the camera. That's where BiteMeUniverse shines.

As OSRP's Live Camera Director, he serves as the bridge between the action unfolding in the world and the audience experiencing it at home. With a calm demeanor and a sharp cinematic instinct, he has an exceptional ability to identify the moments that matter most, ensuring viewers never miss the heart of a scene.

Coordinating multiple camera operators in real time is no small task. While storylines develop across different locations and dozens of characters pursue their own goals, BiteMeUniverse manages and directs a network of live cameras, often overseeing three to four perspectives at once. Whether it's a tense political meeting, an emotional character moment, or a large-scale battle, he understands how to frame the action and transition between scenes to create a cohesive viewing experience.

His greatest strength lies in his ability to remain composed under pressure. In a production where anything can happen and often does, he consistently keeps a clear head, communicates effectively with the team, and adapts on the fly to whatever the story demands.

Part director, part storyteller, and part conductor, BiteMeUniverse plays a critical role in transforming live roleplay into the cinematic experience OSRP is known for, helping ensure every episode feels less like a game and more like a living television production.

Hoplitewill - Camera / Media Team

Cinematic Eye, Steady Hands, Master of the Moment

Some camera operators capture what's happening. HopliteWill captures how it feels.

As one of OSRP's dedicated live camera operators, he possesses a remarkable instinct for composition, movement, and visual storytelling. Time and time again, he finds angles and framing choices that make viewers forget they're watching a live VR production, creating shots that feel as though they've been pulled straight from a film set.

Whether he's following a character through a crowded settlement, framing a quiet conversation against a dramatic landscape, or capturing the chaos of a battle as it unfolds, HopliteWill has a natural talent for finding the perspective that elevates a scene from memorable to unforgettable.

Equally important is the calm professionalism he brings to every production. Live broadcasts are unpredictable by nature, with stories constantly shifting and new challenges emerging without warning. Through it all, HopliteWill remains composed, focused, and adaptable, able to react in real time while maintaining the quality and consistency that viewers have come to expect.

Many of OSRP's most iconic visual moments have been shaped through his lens. His ability to remain cool under pressure while delivering stunning cinematic shots has helped define the visual identity of our productions and continues to raise the standard for what live virtual cinematography can achieve.

Behind every great scene is someone who knows exactly where to place the camera. More often than not, that someone is HopliteWill.

Yurei - Camera / Media Team

Silent Coordinator, Team Player, Finder of the Perfect Angle

Great camera work isn't just about capturing a scene. It's about understanding the bigger picture.

As one of OSRP's live camera operators, Yurei has developed a unique talent for reading the flow of a production and instinctively finding the shots others might miss. While multiple cameras work together to cover a scene, he has an exceptional ability to anticipate where coverage is needed, identifying open angles and complementary perspectives without needing constant direction or communication.

This awareness makes him an invaluable member of the camera team. By understanding what his fellow operators are already capturing, Yurei can position himself where he'll add the most value, ensuring that every scene has depth, variety, and visual coverage from multiple perspectives. It's a skill that requires both technical awareness and trust in the team around him, and he excels at both.

Beyond his strong teamwork, Yurei brings a meticulous eye for detail to every production. Small character moments, environmental storytelling, subtle reactions, and carefully framed compositions rarely escape his notice. He understands that some of the most powerful moments in storytelling happen between the major events, and he's often there to capture them.

Reliable, observant, and deeply collaborative, Yurei helps ensure that OSRP's cinematic productions feel seamless and alive. His ability to work in sync with the rest of the team while consistently finding meaningful and visually compelling shots makes him an essential part of bringing our stories to life.

Kyuuen may be the newest member of OSRP's camera team, but they've already made a lasting impression through their dedication, enthusiasm, and unmistakable passion for the craft.

What stands out most isn't just how quickly they've learned the technical side of virtual cinematography, but how deeply they care about the stories being told. Every shot reflects someone who is genuinely invested in the roleplay, the characters, and the moments unfolding before them. That passion shines through in their work, driving them to constantly refine their skills and push themselves to improve with every production.

Despite being newer to the role, Kyuuen has shown an impressive ability to remain calm under pressure. Whether navigating technical challenges, adapting to last-minute changes, or working within the fast pace of a live broadcast, they approach each obstacle with focus and determination. Rather than becoming overwhelmed, they see every challenge as another opportunity to learn.

Their growth has been remarkable. With every event, every episode, and every new production, Kyuuen continues to develop a stronger understanding of camera language, scene composition, and visual storytelling. More importantly, they actively seek feedback, embrace new ideas, and consistently put in the work required to improve.

Passion can be difficult to teach, and Kyuuen has it in abundance. Combined with a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for both roleplay and the creative process, they represent the kind of talent that helps shape the future of OSRP. While they're only at the beginning of their journey, it's already clear that their best work is still ahead of them.

Jaki - Camera / media team

Pioneer, Innovator, Foundation Builder

Long before OSRP's camera systems became the polished production pipeline they are today, there was a small group of people willing to experiment, troubleshoot, and help figure out what was even possible. NPC was one of those people.

As a founding member of the camera team, NPC was there during the earliest days when live virtual cinematography was still largely unexplored territory for our productions. Many of the workflows, processes, and technical solutions we rely on today were developed through countless hours of testing, problem-solving, and collaboration with team members determined to make something ambitious work.

When challenges appeared, and there were plenty of them, NPC was always willing to roll up their sleeves and help find solutions. Whether it was refining camera workflows, testing new approaches, overcoming technical limitations, or helping establish the standards that future operators would follow, they played a meaningful role in shaping the foundation of our production team.

Beyond the technical side, NPC brought the patience and adaptability needed to navigate an environment where almost everything was being built from scratch. The lessons learned during those early productions helped pave the way for the cinematic experiences OSRP delivers today, and NPC was an important part of that journey.

While the technology has evolved and the productions have grown, the impact of those early contributions remains visible throughout our pipeline. As one of the people who helped turn an experimental idea into a functioning production system, NPC's influence can still be found in many of the processes and practices that continue to guide the camera team today.

Some people join a project after the path has been built. NPC helped lay the road itself.

From helping organize information and manage backend processes to assisting with editing and keeping projects moving forward, they've become an invaluable part of the machine that keeps OSRP running.

What makes Booly stand out is their willingness to tackle the work that often goes unnoticed but is absolutely essential. Time and time again, Booly has shown a willingness to jump in wherever they're needed and help shoulder that responsibility..

While audiences may never see the countless hours of work happening behind the curtain, the impact of that work is felt in every project we produce. Booly represents the kind of dedicated support that allows ambitious productions to become reality, making them one of OSRP's true unsung heroes.
