The Backbone of OSRP — Our Volunteer Staff
At the heart of OSRP is a dedicated team of volunteer staff who make the impossible not only achievable — but extraordinary. These are the writers, builders, coders, moderators,DM's, and storytellers who give their time, energy, and creativity to help craft something far greater than any one person could build alone.
Every world we launch, every mechanic that functions, every session that runs smoothly — it’s all because of them.
Our staff are more than just support; they are collaborators, worldshapers, and narrative engineers. Whether they’re troubleshooting systems in Unity, guiding players through complex storylines, writing dialogue and lore, or managing community logistics, they do it with a deep passion for the art of storytelling and a belief in what OSRP stands for. Many balance this work with careers, families, school, and creative projects of their own — and still show up with care, professionalism, and a drive to make magic happen.
This project thrives because of the hours poured in behind the scenes by people who believe in what we’re building — not for pay or spotlight, but because they want to help bring stories to life. OSRP would not exist at this scale without them. It’s their fingerprints on every detail, their ideas in every system, and their care in every choice.
We are endlessly grateful to our volunteer team. They don’t just support the project — they are the project.
Magic8Ballsaysno
Storysmith, Co-Producer, Anchor in the Storm
Magic is a long-time fan of tabletop roleplaying and collaborative storytelling, and one of the foundational forces behind OSRP. As both a seasoned Dungeon Master and backend administrator, Magic has helped shape and support major projects like Blackwell, and Varsity Boo’s, bringing structure, pacing, and worldbuilding expertise to every narrative space he touches.
Beyond his role behind the scenes, Magic is also the quiet strength that helps fuel Sprixer’s biggest ideas — the other half of the engine that keeps OSRP running. Where Sprixer brings wild ambition and creative fire, Magic brings the grounding, the clarity, and the systems that make it all sustainable. Together, they co-host The Virtual Vagabonds Podcast, diving deep into storytelling, project design, and what it takes to blaze trails in virtual roleplay.
Magic is also an incredibly talented DM, most recently showcased in OSRP’s D&D campaign Vakaldi: Estoc Must Die, where his mastery of tension, tone, and table dynamics shines. Whether crafting a dungeon, guiding a cast, or holding down the technical backend, Magic is one of the pillars of OSRP — steady, sharp, and essential.
Pluto
Visual Storyteller, In-World Illustrator, Lore Catalyst
Pluto is an in-world artist whose work breathes life and detail into the environments OSRP players explore. From posters and flyers to immersive set dressing, Pluto’s art doesn’t just decorate — it informs, anchoring each map in the world’s tone, culture, and narrative. Their pieces help guide players emotionally and narratively, providing in-character prompts and atmospheric cues that enhance the unfolding story.
They first joined OSRP during the VB project, creating fan art that naturally evolved into integrated map assets like PSA posters and in-universe announcements. Since then, Pluto has continued contributing to Return to Blackwell, embedding visual storytelling directly into the world’s design. With three years of VRRP experience, they also help shape narrative momentum through grounded, in-character interactions that move the plot forward.
Their presence is quiet, but their impact is everywhere — tucked into corners, stapled to walls, and woven into the spaces where story and world meet.

They’re constantly refining, updating, and reworking their creations — not out of indecision, but out of a genuine passion to make every piece better than the last. Ashe brings warmth, talent, and a quiet consistency to OSRP, shaping characters and moments that stick with us long after the story fades.

Henjuma
Support Pillar, Community DM, Adaptive Spirit
Henjuma is a dedicated DM and long-time roleplayer whose journey with OSRP started humbly — on desktop, with a new computer and a dream. First joining the community during ATK as an in-character engineer, Henjuma quickly became a consistent presence in the world of VRRP. From early text RP roots to bartending on a spaceship in his first VR headset, every step of his evolution has been marked by passion, perseverance, and genuine care for those around him.
He officially joined the OSRP staff during Varsity Boos, stepping into the role of Dungeon Master with a commitment to not just storytelling, but support. Henjuma brings a warm, helpful energy to the team, always ready to lend a hand, lend an ear, or hold space for a player in need. His ability to adapt, grow, and meet every challenge with empathy has made him an invaluable part of the community — both on and off the stage.
In every project, Henjuma shows up as someone who makes the space better simply by being in it — a quiet foundation for collaboration, kindness, and creativity to flourish.
OakofIron
Systems Runner, Combat Specialist, Quiet Anchor
OakOfIron wears many hats within OSRP — Outreach Director, Background Systems Runner, Dungeon Master, and VR Combat Trainer — each one worn with calm consistency and quiet dedication. With over three and a half years of DMing experience and a journey that began back in ATK on desktop, Oak has steadily become a foundational part of the OSRP team, especially known for his behind-the-scenes contributions.
He officially stepped into the DM role during Blackwell, and has since focused his talents on helping OSRP run smoothly in the background — monitoring complex systems, managing information flow, and creating spaces where roleplay and VR combat can coexist comfortably. Oak brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented mindset to everything he touches, often providing support where it’s needed most without ever asking for the spotlight.
Whether he’s offering tactical insight, coaching newer players through VR combat, or simply holding space as a grounded, good-natured presence, Oak is the kind of teammate who makes the whole project stronger. You can also find him live on Twitch, sharing a welcoming atmosphere and the same supportive energy he brings to OSRP.

Roxi
Shapeshifter, Scene Stitcher, Detail Devotee
Roxi is a versatile roleplayer with a sharp eye for nuance and a love for characters that challenge expectation. Known for diving headfirst into any role the moment demands, Roxi brings emotional weight, voice versatility, and thoughtful political context to the table — enriching every story they touch with subtlety and spark. Whether it’s a charged monologue or a quiet aside, they always aim to leave the scene better than they found it.
While not a traditional DM, Roxi thrives in the connective tissue of a production — supporting other DMs, keeping track of the small but vital pieces that hold things together, and helping maintain the rhythm of a session behind the scenes. Their strength lies in sweating the small stuff: the pacing, the callbacks, the emotional throughlines that make a story feel lived in.
You can catch their performances and project work archived on Twitch, with more polished content over on YouTube. Roxi isn’t just a character actor — they’re a narrative collaborator, always ready to step in, adapt, and elevate the moment.
Crassus
Narrative Anchor, Workshop Head, Keeper of Tone
Crassus serves as OSRP’s Head of Workshops and Events, a key Dungeon Master across multiple campaigns including Actium Knights, Varsity Boos, and Return to Blackwell, and a primary force with assisting sprixer in extending lore and guiding the larger narrative arcs of the project. With over a decade of experience in community administration and online storytelling spaces, Crassus brings a sense of structure, reliability, and literary weight to every world he helps build.
His love of storytelling began with tabletop RPGs, where he found his voice through evocative narration and a gift for shaping mood and ambiance. For Crassus, success is when the room falls silent — when players are no longer at their desks, but in the world. Known for his straight-laced sensibility and what he lovingly calls his “old man energy,” his grounded character portrayals and steady leadership offer a strong counterbalance to the chaos that naturally comes with collaborative storytelling.
While never flashy or attention-seeking, Crassus is a pillar of dependability. He shows up, follows through, and ensures OSRP remains a space where serious storytelling and shared passion thrive. If something needs doing — or needs doing right — Crassus is the person you want in your corner.
Nashatok
Scare Actor, Worldbuilder, Architect of Unease
Nashatok is many things — writer, VFX artist, designer, historical combat enthusiast, and voice actor — but above all, he is an actor. With a background in theatre, LARP, reenactment, choreography, and VRRP, Nashatok brings a wide toolkit to every performance. But if you asked him where his truest experience lies, the answer would come with a grin and a glint in the dark: professional scare acting.
Since 2018, Nashatok has worked in the world of horror entertainment, mastering the subtle art of suspense, discomfort, and timing. He doesn’t just aim to startle — he crafts the unease that lingers long after the lights come back on. From the haunting whisper in the dark to the verse-maddened NPC you’re not sure is joking, his specialty lies in the unnerving. It’s this same energy that makes him a perfect fit for OSRP’s Return to Blackwell, where tension and mystery simmer just beneath the surface.
Offstage, Nashatok is laid-back and deeply imaginative, preferring intrigue and agency over formula and resolution. Romance may bore him, but a well-crafted trap, a spiraling moral choice, or a lore twist with weight? That’s where he thrives. Whether DMing, writing world lore, or simply playing the presence you feel watching you from the edge of the map — Nashatok isn’t just part of the story. He’s the one setting the tone when things get strange.
Noble
Resident Antagonist, Founding DM, Catharsis Conductor
Noble is one of OSRP’s longest-standing Dungeon Masters and a key figure in pioneering VR-based roleplay long before it became mainstream. Often cast as the villain you love to hate, Noble has a gift for breathing life into complex, commanding characters — the kind that stir tension, provoke questions, and linger long after the scene ends. But behind the bravado and sharp delivery is a storyteller with a heart as big as his performances.
As one of OSRP’s original DMs, Noble has helped shape the tone, pacing, and emotional resonance of nearly every major project since the beginning. His true talent lies not just in performance, but in his ability to craft narratives that offer players and viewers more than just entertainment — they offer meaning. Whether it’s through laughter, tension, or quiet catharsis, Noble’s stories aim to make people feel something real.
While he's never one to shy away from stepping into the spotlight, Noble finds his greatest satisfaction in watching others shine — in seeing his fellow cast members discover powerful moments, connect with their characters, and grow through the stories they help tell. He may play the antagonist, but at his core, Noble is one of OSRP’s most trusted guides — steady, passionate, and always rooting for the cast from behind the curtain.

Castle
Float DM, Narrative Thread-Puller, Veteran Voice
Castle is a long-time participant and now staff member of OSRP, having contributed to every major project to date — from ATK to Blackwell to Varsity Boos. Their journey began with a single named NPC, gradually evolving into a full player role, and eventually earning a trusted spot among the Dungeon Master team. Today, Castle specializes in minor narrative beats, flavor DMing, and providing flexible support as a float DM — often stepping in exactly when and where the story needs a guiding hand.
With nearly a decade of TTRPG experience behind them, Castle brings thoughtful problem solving, strong social awareness, and a deep respect for collaborative storytelling to the VRRP space. Whether advancing a plot through a narrative-driven character or helping maintain pacing behind the scenes, Castle has become one of OSRP’s most adaptable narrative contributors — someone who knows how to shape the connective tissue between story arcs and keep immersion alive.
Though rare, Castle’s occasional on-stream appearances and chaotic mischief can be witnessed here: twitch.tv/CastleWR21
Raven
Character Crafter, Worldbuilder, Maker of Many Faces
Raven is a passionate roleplayer and worldbuilder who thrives in the collaborative magic of shared storytelling. Known for her boundless enthusiasm and warm, creative spirit, she brings a wide range of characters to life — each one distinct, emotionally grounded, and built to serve the narrative around them. Whether she's weaving drama, levity, or heart into a scene, Raven shines brightest when creating alongside others.
Beyond her role in-character, Raven is also a talented 3D modeler with a flair for design and detail. She builds everything from full custom avatars to props, outfits, and set pieces — all with an eye toward personality, function, and immersion. Her creations often show up in OSRP’s worlds, adding a lived-in feel to the environments and helping bridge the gap between aesthetic and narrative.
With a deep love for character-driven plots and a strong sense of aesthetic storytelling, Raven continues to be an invaluable asset to both the visual and emotional heartbeat of OSRP.
NPC
Cinematographer, LARPer, Curator of Moments
NPC is a lover of cinema, immersive roleplay, and the shared magic that happens when storytelling meets collaboration. With a background in LARP and a keen cinematic eye, they specialize in capturing those fleeting, unforgettable moments that define OSRP’s worlds — the glances, standoffs, breakdowns, and revelations that make every story feel larger than life.
Tasked with documenting the visual legacy of OSRP, NPC plays a vital role in preserving the tone and impact of our projects through in-world camera work and cinematic perspective. Their instinct for framing, motion, and mood helps elevate scenes into something more than just play — they become memories, worthy of the big screen.
Currently, NPC is also exploring narrative writing and development, bringing that same observational instinct and love of immersion into crafting stories from the ground up. Whether behind the camera or behind the scenes, NPC is a quiet but essential presence — always watching for the next perfect shot, and always ready to help bring a new idea to life.
